REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCEDURES
To better serve our families, we offer Continuous Enrollment.

What is Continuous Enrollment?

• Easy Registration: Once registered, your child remains enrolled until you decide to drop.
   
• Flexible Transfers: Currently enrolled students may switch classes or days/times as space allows.
   
• Automatic Payments: Payments are processed on the 1st of each month, no need to pay in person. Other memberships are prorated accordingly.
   

Fees:

• No registration or cancellation fees.
   

Parent Portal Access:

• Manage your account, update information, and schedule make-up classes easily online.
   

LATE, MISSED CLASSES & MAKEUPS
If your child is more than 15 minutes late to class, they will not be able to join in class and will have to makeup at a later date.

 Makeups are allowed within 60 days of a missed class, provided we receive at least 6-hour notice of the absence. 

Without notice, makeups will not be honored. Please note, classes have waitlists.

DROP POLICY
All drop requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next payment is due during Monday-Friday, if notice is on the weekends we require a 48-hour notice.

REFUNDS
Ninja Lair does not offer refunds on open gym visits, lost punch cards, retail purchases, or classes. Tuition secures your spot regardless of attendance and will not be prorated for absences or scheduled closures. In cases of injury or illness, we will work with families individually.

OPEN GYM RULES
All rules are designed for the safety of everyone. Participants will receive one warning; further infractions may result in being asked to leave without refund. These rules are outlined in the waiver signed before entry.

CLASS RULES
For safety, all rules must be followed. Participants will receive:

• 3 warnings, then, a 5-minute timeout, and on the 3rd offense, dismissal from that class with no makeup or refund.
   

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from Ninja Lair without refund and possible banishment from the premises, depending on severity:

• Bullying (physical harassment, threats, name-calling, racial slurs, taunting, or discriminatory remarks)
   
• Inappropriate language or gestures
   
• Fighting or disorderly conduct
   
• Mistreatment of staff or guests
   
• Damaging or abusing equipment intentionally
   
• Alcohol consumption on the premises
   
• Use of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or vaping products on the premises
   
• Refusal to sign the waiver
