Celebrate with Ninja Lair!

• Includes up to 12 participants. Additional participants can be added for $20 or $25 per child (2-hour party).
   
• Access to one of our party rooms. You’re welcome to bring outside food and drinks.
   
• Please have all guests sign our waiver either online or at the front desk upon check-in. Closed-toe shoes are required.
   

Additional Time (if available):

• Ninja Party: $80 per extra 30 minutes (must be add BEFORE the party day unless it is the last party of the evening)
   
• Ninja Takeover: $275 per extra 30 minutes (must be add BEFORE the party day unless it is the last party of the evening)
   

Important Rules:

• Guests who do not follow the safety rules will be asked to leave without refund.
   
• Any extreme damages, extra cleaning, or additional guests beyond the maximum will be charged at checkout.
   
• Additional charges apply if party size exceeds the max participants:
   
  • For Ninja Party, $30 per participant over 18 ninjas (normal open gym price for 2 hours) + a $50 fee.  *

• Please note: Space is not guaranteed for parties with more than 18 participants during open gym hours*
   
• No alcoholic beverages allowed on the property. Anyone found with alcohol will be asked to leave without refund.
   

We’ve partnered with La Madre Canyon Grill and Everbowl for catering options, which will be included with your emailed invite if requested.

Cancellation Policy:

• We’re happy to reschedule parties when possible (a rescheduling fee applies).
   
• Cancellations or reschedules given 2 weeks or more in advance receive a 97% refund and no rescheduling fee.
   
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 2 weeks' notice receive a 50% refund and a $25 rescheduling fee.
   
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the party receive no refund and a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged if rescheduled.
