Our founder, Michael “Mikey P” Pericoloso or Coach Mike as you may know him has a profound passion for the sport of Ninja! Starting way back in 2011 when he “got the call” for Season 4 of American Ninja Warrior. He was fresh to the world of Ninja but familiar with intense training from his years of wrestling.
Seeking out a Ninja gym to learn the technique needed, he found “The Warrior Lab” in New Jersey! (Now called The Movement Lab) is Owned by American Ninja Warrior veteran & founder of NNL/WNL, Chris Wilczewski, so it’s safe to say Mikey was trained by one of the best!
12 years later Mikey has a deeper love for this sport than ever before! With 5 appearances on ANW under his belt, 2 of which advancing to the Vegas finals & countless league competitions. He is committed to helping the community grow! Ninja Lair is his way of proving that! With 7 years of Ninja coaching on his resume, he is confident he will provide kids, teens & adults the technique, confidence & strength needed to reach goals & be successful while having fun!
